As Customer Support Manager you will be responsible for the vehicle handover process for all new and used vehicles from start to finish during the sales process. Although you will work alongside all departments you will report directly to the dealership Director/General Manager.

Duties will include: communicating, and helping customers during the handover process and beyond; to ensure correct completion of relevant paperwork; to promote sales of accessories to customers; to ensure customers are aware of all departments and services offered by the dealership and to exceed customer expectations at all times.

Previous motor industry experience is not essential however you will need to be self motivated, able to work under pressure, and be a team player.
